Injection Mold Manufacturing
In Bozok Machine Model and Aviation factory, we are designing and manufacturing of high pressure die casting molds for automative, lighting and small household appliances sectors with our experienced staff and qualified machinary units.
Die Casting and Shell Mold Manufacturing
Special quality cast iron or steel is generally used as the mold material, which must have the refractoriness required by the metal to be cast. Bronze can also be used for casting low melting metals. Metal mold casting is not suitable for steel production due to its high melting temperature. By the use of this method, aircraft and spaceship parts, automobile pistons, pump casings could be produced. This method is suitable for mass production; It is better than sand casting in terms of dimensional accuracy and surface quality. Gravity casting improves mechanical properties by 20% compared to sand casting.
In this context; We design and produce Die Casting and Shell Core Molds for the requests of companies within our organization.
Fixture-Apparatus Manufacturing
Operations such as manual assembly and workpiece clamping increase process cycle time. In such processes, indirect activities such as positioning and adjustment negatively affect the part production time. With the use of fixtures, the duration of adjustment and positioning operations is shortened and operator-related errors are reduced. At the same time, the use of fixtures contributes to ergonomics by reducing the workload on the operator.

Machining
In our machine park;
With CNC Vertical Machining Center, Universal Milling, Universal Lathe, Electrical Discharge Machine and other technical equipment, all kinds of metal and non-metal parts required by companies are manufactured in accordance with technical drawings.
Various steel alloys, copper, aluminum, cestamite, etc. parts can be produced by machining.
